Features of the Truelog Call Recording System
- Call Monitoring - Allows you to monitor all call in real time and listen to live calls in progress.You can also see all live calls including the number called/ incoming number, call duration, extension number or name.
- Call Playback - Allows you to listen to any recorded calls. This invaluable feature allows you to quickly and effectively search for call data based on filters like: date and time, record ID, agent number, extension, department, call type, destination, call duration, comment, called or calling number.
- Back Up - The system is designed to automatically backup each days' call data at a defined time - usually at midnight. The application monitors the available disk space on the hard drive. If available space falls below a predetermined threshold, the oldest data is deleted to make space for newer data.
- Agent Quality Monitoring - This optional feature is useful for call centres as it provides tools allowing you to analyse and assess the effectiveness of your call centre.
